Bangkok business district, a live corridor for Matter Pack review

A Matter Pack, then licensed local review.

You send the facts. Orbid names the scope and the price triggers. Licensed local counsel reviews and releases the work. Fees start only after you approve the Matter Pack.

What you actually buy

  1. 01You buy completed work on a named instrument, not an open clock.
  2. 02Orbid extracts, compares and flags. It does not give legal advice and it is not a law firm.
  3. 03Licensed local counsel in the destination carries the judgment and the professional responsibility.

Four steps before anyone bills

  1. 01 · Bring the deal.Send the facts you already have: counterparties, corridor, drafts, and the instrument you think you need. A Thailand visit, a Vietnam factory quote, a first hire in Germany — name the deal, not a folder dump. Nothing is billed at this step.
  2. 02 · Scope the Matter Pack.Jurisdiction, contract type, language of the working draft, and every price trigger are written down. Gaps stay gaps. A neighbour document that was not named is not in the price.
  3. 03 · AI does the repeatable work.Orbid extracts, compares and prepares the file for review. The judgment stays with counsel. If the facts move, the pack says so before hours continue.
  4. 04 · Licensed local counsel releases it.Counsel reviews, prices the review against the named facts, and releases the deliverable. If the scope moved, a change order states the new price. Work does not continue until you approve it.
